Pursuant to article 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” of 27 April 2016, we inform you that your personal data provided on the occasion of benefiting from services of the Mucaria llc (Mucaria s.r.l.) are the subject to data processing in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection.

The data you provide may be processed both on paper and with the aid of electronic and telematic tools, for the pursuit of the purposes of the Centre and therefore for your legitimate interest; for purposes of diagnosis, treatment, statistics, development and research; for the provision of services offered directly or through its own structures, through bodies foreseen in company statute or through companies specifically appointed for those purposes.

Providing your personal and sensitive data is indispensable for the provision of all the offered services; without your data we will not be able to pursue abovementioned purposes and to provide to the patients the health services and other services included in the offer.

We inform you that appropriate security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit use, unauthorized access or data processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes of data collection.

The data provided for the aforementioned purposes will be processed by the Data Controller, also through the employees and collaborators appointed for these purposes, within the respective functions, for the pursuit of the specific purposes indicated in this document, in accordance with the instructions received from the Data Controller.

The data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfill legal obligations or to comply with orders from legitimate public authorities or to exercise or defense of legal claims. If and as strictly necessary for the performance of the mandate conferred, data may be disclosed to professionals such as lawyers and consultants.

We inform you that your data will not be transferred to servers and/or organizations outside (extra) the European Union.
The storage time of personal data will be parameterized due to the specific processing purposes that are pursued. The data will be stored on our physical (paper) and digital archives; the data which conservation is not necessary for some specific legal obligations will be immediately cancelled.
