In any case, whether you book the full package or just the dialysis sessions for your vacation, we will guide you step by step throughout the booking process – from the first call, to the documentation phase, from your arrival to your departure.

You will need to provide us with the following:

• 1. Dialysis report in our format with details of your dialysis, health status, and medications in use;
• 2. Test results for markers HCV, HBS, HIV, MRSA;
• 3. Identity card;
• 4. Valid health card – if it will be used as the basis for payment for your treatment.

During the booking process, we will assist you in preparing the necessary medical documents. We will inform you of all the required criteria, timelines, and methods for submitting the documentation to make this process as simple as possible.

Contact us as soon as possible – the sooner we know your plans and requirements, the better we can confirm your dialysis spot in the location and period you desire.

However, for many patients, we have also organized last-minute trips and will do our best to help you book dialysis at any time you contact us.

In this case, remember that you will need to prepare all necessary documentation at least one week before your arrival.

We offer free transportation for tourist patients to our accommodation facilities in Trapani and within a 12 km radius from our dialysis center.

For other locations (Castellammare del Golfo / San Vito lo Capo) or if the distance between the accommodation and the dialysis center exceeds this range, we can provide transportation services at special rates.

If special transportation is needed, including a ramp for disabled transport, it is possible to book this service with an additional fee.

We offer a variety of holiday packages throughout the year. We have two dialysis centers available in Western Sicily and three seaside vacation locations.

The package may include: dialysis, accommodation, and transport between accommodation and dialysis center.

Additionally, you can book extra services with us, such as a taxi from the airport.

We have agreements with three different types of accommodations: apartments/holiday homes, residences, and hotels.

At our Dialysis Center, multilingual staff assist foreign patients, both during the booking process and throughout their treatment.

In addition to Italian and English, our staff speaks several other foreign languages: French, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Polish, and Russian.

The holiday dialysis coordinator will help you choose the vacation package, explain how our service works, and guide you step by step through the booking process.
